Welcome to Arcade UFO, the only Japanese-style Game Center in Texas!

Our goal is to bring you the newest and most interesting arcade titles from Japan, Korea, the USA and other countries while providing a haven for the fighting game, music game and racing game communities.

At the same time, we respect the origin of arcades and always try to feature a few great classic games with our limited space.

We opened Arcade UFO to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Einstein's Arcade (R.I.P.). Our goal is to continue Austin's 20+ year tradition of community-based video arcades.

We welcome gamers of all ages! Alcoholic beverages are not served nor allowed for consumption at the arcade.

Sorry for the short notice on this, but if you’re around on Thursday night, please stop by for a TOTALLY FREE Super Street Fighter 4 tournament!

Prize: The winner gets to buy dinner for Banana Ken!

This Thursday is Banana Ken, aka Denjin J, aka Jose’s, last day in Austin before he moves back to Puerto Rico.  He will be attending graduate school in Michigan in the Fall.  We have all truly enjoyed having Jose as a regular at UFO over the summer, and he will be greatly missed (except for his cheap, banana-colored Ken)!

Banana Ken has been terrorizing UFO’s Street Fighter4 scene with a friendly face and terrific high-level play.  He was also the only player from Texas to make it to the semi-final (Top 32) bracket at Evo World Championships in Las Vegas this year!  Let’s give him the last shebang he deserves and show him some warm Texas appreciation for his companionship.
